Most orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of placing your order and are delivered within 2-5 business days.

Certain products containing lithium ion batteries may only ship via ground due to federal regulations. These shipments deliver within 2-8 business days.

Additionally, you can track your order using the tracking number from the shipment confirmation email on the USPS website.

You can make changes to your order within 12 hours as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Please note, most of our orders during business hours are packed and shipped within 2 hours.

You can return/exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date but you must have all of the original packaging (box and inserts) to qualify. Products that are missing packaging materials or components are not eligible for refunds.
